PC-PTSD-5 Test
The Primary Care PTSD Screen (PC-PTSD-5) is a short, five-question tool designed to identify potential signs of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It helps detect symptoms that may suggest PTSD and highlights the need for further evaluation, enabling early detection and intervention for those at risk or already affected by PTSD.
