Big 5 Personality Test (FFM)

The Big Five Personality Test is widely used in various fields, including psychology, organizational behavior, and personal development, due to its strong empirical backing and broad applicability (Ref) . The Big Five Personality Test, also known as the Five-Factor Model (FFM), assesses five broad dimensions of personality:
  1. Openness to Experience measures imagination, insight, and a broad range of interests.
  2. Conscientiousness reflects a person’s degree of organization, persistence, and motivation in goal-directed behavior.
  3. Extraversion reflects a person’s comfort level with social interactions.
  4. Agreeableness measures a person's ability to be cooperative and compassionate.
  5. Neuroticism represents emotional instability and measures potential risks for anxiety and mood disorders.
These traits are interpreted based on where individuals fall on a spectrum for each of the five factors. Your test results will provide a comprehensive report, including your scores, their meanings, and their implications for your career fit, interpersonal relationships, and well-being.
